DONNIE FEATHERSTONE

Donnie Featherstone is a seasoned Senior Mortgage Lender with over 26 years of experience in the lending industry, including 14 years at JP Morgan Chase. Over his career, Donnie has helped hundreds of first-time homebuyers purchase their first homes and has guided his clients with strategies to improve their credit. He has held various professional licenses, including a California Real Estate agent and State Notary. In addition to his lending career, Donnie has served as a Chaplain for the San Francisco Sheriff Department Peer Support and as a First Responder (2004-2013). His educational background includes an Undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies from Sacramento Seminary, an autodidactic Graduate Degree from the SHK (School of Hard Knocks), and an honorary doctorate from the University of Adversity.

In 1998, Donnie was ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), and in 2002, he was installed as the Senior Pastor of Faith Temple Empowerment Church (FTEC) in Richmond, California. For over two decades, he has balanced his professional career with his ministry work, equipping individuals and families in faith, life, health, and financial literacy. His mission is encapsulated in the PEOPLE acrostic (“Persons Exhorting Others Promoting Learning & Ethics”), guiding his efforts to transform lives through practical and spiritual empowerment.
