CHARLES E. MEUX, JR.

Pastor Charles E. Meux, Jr. is a visionary leader dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve success and prosperity. Born in Sacramento, California, Charles attributes his bold determination to succeed and uplift others to the strong community and spiritual influences of his upbringing.
Charles attended the University of Phoenix, where he developed a keen interest in business. He served in the California Department of Corrections, rising to the rank of Correctional Captain over a 27-year career. In 2016, he transitioned into full-time ministry and, in 2023, concluded his esteemed career in corrections to dedicate himself wholly to the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ full-time.
A graduate of Ephraim Life Bible College and Seminary with a Bachelor of Theology, Charles is a spiritual son of Bishop Clarence E. McClendon, under whose ministry he has served for the past decade. He is also ordained through the Academy of Healing as part of Bishop McClendon’s ministries and crusade team.
Charles is the Founder and Pastor of New Covenant Ministry in Lancaster, California. His church offers various programs, including a Food Outreach initiative, a dynamic Marriage Ministry, and a transformative Women’s Empowerment Clinic.
He is the husband of one wife. He is married to Desiree and is a proud father of eight children: Charnae, Kyndall, Aurion, Desirae, Tye, Tyson, Tristin, and Christen.
