Pastor Hattie Richardson White Hopkins was born in Vredenburgh, Alabama. She has been an ordained minister for over thirty years. She and her husband pastor Redeeming the Times Ministries, Inc. and are ministering hope to the lost and hurting at any cost. She has six children and resides with her husband in Ayden, North Carolina.
